As a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), I bring both professional training and real-world experience to my work. I hold a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, with additional training in Family Mediation and alternative dispute resolution. These experiences help me to support you through emotional, relational, and life transitions with care, clarity, and respect for your unique journey.
Life can feel heavy at times, and you don’t have to carry it alone. My approach is not about fixing you — it’s about reconnecting with yourself, restoring balance, and creating space to understand what you need to feel more grounded and whole. My work is deeply informed by years of experience in crisis intervention, victim support, and mental health promotion within first-responder communities. I understand the emotional weight of caring for others and the importance of having a space where you don’t have to hold it all together.
Therapy with me is a place to step outside of uncertainty and self-doubt, feel supported, and make sense of what you’re carrying. I deeply believe in your capacity for healing and your resilience, even when it’s hard to see it in yourself.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, integrating evidence-based practices such as CBT and EMDR within a trauma-informed, client-centred framework. Together, we work toward restoring balance, building resilience, and helping you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
My training extends to a variety of mental health presentations. My areas of focus include the following:
I offer a complimentary consultation to discuss how we can work together to support your goals. Please feel free to reach out to schedule your consultation to determine if my approach is the right fit for you.

While this may not resonate with you yet, I know that you are worthy and deserving of support. I also know that it can be scary to reach out for help - "What will we talk about?" and "How can I explain what I am feeling?" are common questions when deciding whether to contact a therapist. You don’t need to know what to say or how to say it. Therapy isn’t a test, and there’s no right way to do it. We’ll figure things out together. Silence, uncertainty, and ‘I don’t know’ are all welcome here. Your job is simply to show up; my job is to ask the right questions to help you explore what matters in a way that feels safe.
I support adults (18 to 65) who are struggling with intense emotions, anxiety, sadness, grief, trauma, relationship and life stressors, as well as ADHD symptoms. I use a combination of internal family systems and EMDR approaches because these techniques approach behaviors and beliefs with compassion rather than shame. Instead of asking “What’s wrong with me?” we explore “What part of me learned this, and what was it trying to protect?” Many people come to therapy feeling ashamed of their reactions, habits, or thoughts. I work from the belief that these patterns developed for a reason.
Together, we look at them with kindness and curiosity, helping you understand yourself more clearly rather than criticize yourself. This approach helps clients feel understood rather than judged, and creates space for real, lasting change.
I aim to create a space where you can show up as you are. I welcome clients of all genders, sexual orientations, cultures, races, and abilities, and I approach my work with respect and openness.
