
As a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), I offer both professional training and real-world experience in providing mental health support. I hold a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, complemented by additional training in Family Mediation and alternative dispute resolution. These experiences enable me to support you through emotional, relational, and life transitions with care, clarity, and respect for your unique journey.
Life can feel heavy at times, and you don’t have to carry it alone. My approach is not about fixing you — it’s about reconnecting with yourself, restoring balance, and creating space to understand what you need to feel more grounded and whole. My work is deeply informed by years of experience in crisis intervention, victim support, and mental health promotion within first-responder communities. I understand the emotional weight of caring for others and the importance of having a space where you don’t have to hold it all together.
Therapy with me is a place to step outside of uncertainty and self-doubt, feel supported, and make sense of what you’re carrying. I deeply believe in your capacity for healing and resilience, even when it’s hard to see it in yourself.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, integrating evidence-based practices such as CBT and EMDR within a trauma-informed, client-centered framework. Together, we will engage in psychotherapy aimed at restoring balance, building resilience, and helping you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
My training extends to a variety of mental health presentations, emphasizing the importance of mental health support through psychotherapy.
